If you’re having trouble accessing your AI Skin Analysis results or reward code, try the steps below. 

I didn’t receive my results

• Check your Spam or Promotions folder
• Add [email protected]to your contacts
• Retake the analysis if needed (you won’t receive a second code within 90 days)

My code isn’t applying

• Each AI Skin Analysis code is valid for one use
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty rewards, or subscriptions
• Only one code is issued every 90 days
