Having trouble accessing your quiz results or discount code? Here are quick fixes:

I didn’t get my email results

1. Check Promotions/Spam folders

2. Add [email protected] to your contacts

3. Resend results by retaking the quiz (you will not receive a second code)

My code isn’t applying

1. Each code is valid for one use

2. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, loyalty points, or subscriptions

3. You can receive one quiz code every 90 days

The quiz won’t load

Try:

1. Refreshing the page

2. Using a different browser (Chrome/Safari recommended)

3. Checking your Wi-Fi connection
