Why aren’t my EMK Rewards points showing?
If your EMK Rewards points aren’t appearing as expected, there are a few common reasons — most of which are easy to resolve.
Common reasons points may not appear right away
You weren’t logged in at checkout
Points are awarded based on the email address used to place the order.
If you checked out as a guest or used a different email than the one on your Rewards account, points may not automatically post.
If this happens, our support team can help review your order.
Your points are still pending
Some points — such as those earned from purchases or referrals — may appear as pending before becoming available to redeem.
This verification period helps ensure accuracy and fairness across the program.
Points may take time to post
In some cases, it can take a short period of time for points to appear in your account after an eligible activity is completed.
We recommend checking back later or refreshing your Rewards dashboard.
Your points may have expired
EMK Rewards points are issued on a rolling 12-month basis.
If points are not used within that timeframe, they may expire. Your tier status and available rewards can also change based on activity during that period.
