Why doesn't my promo code work?Updated 18 days ago

All promo codes that are emailed will have the duration of the promotion in the footer of the email. The date and time of expiration will be listed. All promotions use the Pacific Time Zone. If your code is not working, first please refer to the footer of the email in which you received the code to make sure that it hasn't expired. 

If your code has not expired and you typed it in, rather than coping and pasting, please make sure that you copy and paste it in prior to contacting support. Zeros can very easily be mistaken for the letter O.
