Why doesn’t my promo code work?

If your promo code isn’t applying at checkout, there are a few common reasons to check. 

Common reasons a promo code may not work

The promotion has expired 

All promo codes include an expiration date and time, which is listed in the footer of the email where the code was shared. 

Please note: 

• All promotions follow the Pacific Time Zone

The code was entered incorrectly 

We recommend copying and pasting the code directly rather than typing it manually. 

Some characters — such as the number 0 and the letter O — can be easily confused. 

The promotion can’t be combined 

Promo codes cannot be combined with: 

• Other discount codes
• Automatic promotions (such as gifts with purchase)

Applying a different code may remove an automatic offer.
