You’ll need:

• Your order number

• The email address used at checkout

You do not need to contact us before starting a return if your order is eligible.

Important notes on multi-product purchases

If your order includes a routine, bundle, protocol, duo, pair, or ritual, the return must be processed for the entire multi-product purchase.

Individual items from a multi-product purchase cannot be returned separately.

• If approved, you’ll receive return instructions
