If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery using EMK’s Return Portal

What to do 

  1. Visit EMK’s Return Portal
  2. Select the option for damaged or incorrect items
  3. Follow the instructions to submit details and photos, if requested
