What if my package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered?
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed according to the carrier’s processes and procedures.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building staff
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the delivery
- If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at [email protected] and include any information provided by the carrier
While EMK is not responsible for carrier misdeliveries, we’re happy to review the situation and guide you on the next steps.
Please note:
- Carriers may require the recipient to file a claim directly
- EMK does not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
