• Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase

• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling

• After 30 days, only unopened products are eligible for store credit, excluding shipping and handling

• Refunds, store credit, or discounts cannot be extended beyond 30 days

Returns on multi-product purchases

Products purchased as part of a multi-product purchase — including routines, bundles, protocols, duos, pairs, and rituals — must be returned in full.

Individual items from a multi-product purchase cannot be returned separately.
