When are orders processed and shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

Processing time 

• Most orders are prepared for shipment within 24–72 business hours
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT on Fridays begin processing the following Monday
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping timelines 

Shipping transit times shown at checkout do not include processing time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and is in the carrier’s hands. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
