Why can’t I see my order history?

If you’re logged into your EMK account and don’t see a past order, there are a few common reasons this may happen. 

Most often, it’s because:

  • The order was placed using a different email address
  • The order was placed as a guest checkout
  • The order was placed before your current account was created

Orders are linked to the email address used at checkout, not to a name or physical address. 

What you can do 

  • Try logging in with any other email address you may have used
  • Check your inbox for an order confirmation email
  • Use EMK’s Order Tracker to locate the order

If you’re still unable to find your order, our support team can help review your account and order history.
