Why can’t I see my order history?
If you’re logged into your EMK account and don’t see a past order, there are a few common reasons this may happen.
Most often, it’s because:
- The order was placed using a different email address
- The order was placed as a guest checkout
- The order was placed before your current account was created
Orders are linked to the email address used at checkout, not to a name or physical address.
What you can do
- Try logging in with any other email address you may have used
- Check your inbox for an order confirmation email
- Use EMK’s Order Tracker to locate the order
