Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, this isn’t always possible.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• The requested change

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes at that point. In that case, you can follow our return process once your order has been delivered.
