Pre-order products, out-of-stock items, and partial shipments

We work hard to deliver your EMK products as quickly as possible. In some cases, an item may be on pre-order or become temporarily out of stock after purchase. 

Here’s what to expect: 

• If an itemis onpre-orderor becomes unavailable, EMK will ship it separately at noadditionalshipping cost onceit’sback in stock.
• For international orders, any duties or taxes paid for the affected item will be honored by EMK at the time of shipment.
• If you choose to addadditionalitems to your order at the time of shipment, any added shipping fees or applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
• All shipping costs, duties, and taxes for the original order are charged at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
